Vinegar Cooking Tips

Another use for vinegar is to make you own natural food colourings that are free from harmful chemicals:
- RED : Mix 1 cup of beetroot juice and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. The water the mixture down to your desired colour and bottle it for use later on.
- YELLOW : Mix 1 cup water, ½ cup white vinegar and the outer skins of 5 onions in a saucepan, boil for 10 minutes, strain and then bottle it for later use.
